Geornette Jackson
Geornette Jackson is the service manager at Catherine’s Piedmont who got into the car business by accident. A family friend asked Geornette to help out at an auto repair franchise with some office work for about a week while she was still in high school, and she ended up staying for 5 years as their customer service manager! She discovered that she loves working with people and she enjoys the challenge of learning about cars. She stayed with this franchise for 13 more years, taking their management training course and working at various stores as service advisor and manager. She also attended Georgia State University during this time and graduated with a degree in Business Management. We sure are glad she brought her exceptional customer service and management skills to us in 2007! Geornette grew up in Decatur and lives in Atlanta now with her two daughters, Kennedy and Kailyn. |

Frank Kowalewicz
Frank Kowalewicz is a self-taught ASE certified technician with over 25 years experience who has been working at a Master level for the majority of that time. Prior to his career in the automotive industry, he spent 8 years in the Navy as a dental tech. He then worked at various independent repair shops over the years before joining us at the Piedmont shop in 2003. We are fortunate to employ such an experienced, honest, and industrious tech with a genuine concern for customers and their cars. Originally from Ohio, Frank got tired of the cold weather up there and moved to the Atlanta area where he lives with his wife Pam and daughter Sara. |

Max Wilson
Max Wilson grew up in the Atlanta area working on cars with his father (who is also a mechanic) as far back as he can remember, and even worked with him in an auto shop for awhile. He took a year off to work for AmeriCorps in Washington State and then moved to Colorado and worked for a Honda/Toyota/Subaru shop. Back in Atlanta, he started at Catherine’s Piedmont in 2009 as the shop porter/mechanic apprentice but impressed us so quickly with his abilities that we soon advanced him to an intermediate technician position. With his mechanical aptitude and strong desire to learn, we feel certain that he will make a great Master Tech in the not too distant future. |
